Managed two Correctional Services of Canada (CSC) funded halfway houses including a 12 bed resource
for federal offenders on community release and a 6 bed specialized resource for mental health clients.
Managed a provincially funded outreach program for high risk offenders being released into the community.

• Collaborated with community representatives, police, parole service and NGOs
• Maintained agency knowledge currency via active knowledge management processes

• Successfully opened AMBRO House, a six bed specialized residence meeting the needs of mental health and multi-barriered federal offenders in October 2003
